I have crafted a special lotion I turned into a bar to help with cracked heels, the skin that seems to get the worst of it in your summer shoes or beach shoes, even flip flops. In the winter I dislike how the winter weather cracks my skin on my hands. I have crafted this wonderful lotion into a bar and as I always do, make sure it’s safe for the environment and you. I use organic beeswax I buy from my local bee farmer, organic raw cocoa butter, extra virgin oil, and a slight smell of soothing peppermint essential oil. Organic beeswax is soothing, moisturizing, and beeswax is very protective of the skin. Raw Cocoa butter is an ancient healing remedy at treating anti-aging, eczema, chapped lips, dermatitis, dehydrated skin. Cracked rough skin on the elbows, feet, and cuticles are created by dehydrated skin. Olive Oil For centuries, extra virgin olive oil has been used topically to relieve everyday skin ailments. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-aging properties because it is packed with antioxidants and vitamins. It hydrates the skin by building the skin’s moisture barrier to prevent loss of moisture. So all 3 of these wonderful products brought together will relieve and heal your cracked skin on your feet, elbows, cuticles, even that windburn skin on your face. Peppermint essential oil naturally cleanses the skin and has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. In warm weather, during shipping, this may melt and become liquified. This does not affect the product in any way, just pop in the fridge to firm up again. When applying to your skin the lotion bar will melt on your skin instantly and start to hydrate and repair your cracked skin when used regularly. Dry skin can be scary.
